Ellen has been helping me decorate my living and dining rooms. I love my dining room and what we’ve
done so far on my living room. Ellen has a real flair with textiles. Everyone who visits is impressed with
the design and fabrics of my window treatments and the overall effect of my rooms.
I was a little reluctant to work with a decorator because I didn’t want to be pushed to accept things I
wasn’t completely happy with but that hasn’t been a problem with Ellen. She is dedicated to the idea
that the customer has to be happy and comfortable with the results. When I’ve had trouble making a
decision or changed my mind after a decision was made, she would graciously present me with more
options. When I had problems with a couple of things we bought, Ellen pursued the providers for
satisfaction.
I have appreciated that Ellen works to keep my costs down. She hasn’t lost sight of my limited budget. I
still have much of my old future but it seems to look so much better now.
Ellen is very creative and has lots of ideas to offer. She got me beyond my conservative inclinations to
a result I can really enjoy. I needed that!
